Privacy.

We run this site to introduce a company, not to harvest data about you. No tracking cookies. No advertising networks. We never sell your information. Analytics are privacy-first and aggregated, and we only see your personal details if you choose to write to us. Everything below is the formal version of exactly that.

MH1B SRL is the data controller for this website and any correspondence you send us.

Three things, and only what each one genuinely needs:

• Aggregated analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first. It records anonymous, aggregated signals such as pages viewed, approximate country, device type and the site that referred you. There is no cross-site tracking and no profile of you as an individual.
• What you send us. If you email info@mh1b.com, we receive your address, your message and anything you choose to include. We use it to read and reply, nothing else.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, which can include your IP address, to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Our legal bases under the GDPR are straightforward. Aggregated analytics and security logs rest on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding how the site is used and keeping it safe. When you email us, we process your message to respond to your request and on the same legitimate-interest basis.

We do not run advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics works without them. If we ever add anything that requires consent, we will ask you first with a clear choice.

We keep the list of third parties short, and each one acts on our instructions as a processor:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and privacy-first analytics.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — the inbox behind our email.

Some of these operate outside the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

Aggregated analytics carry no personal identifiers and are retained only in aggregate. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted or archived. Server logs are short-lived by design.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or hand it back in a portable format. Write to info@mh1b.com and we will respond.

You also have the right to complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
